Introduction

Hello everyone! I’m CD, and this is our team’s first ROM hack! While we have coding experience, we spent several months learning to work with the Pokéemerald Expansion. Our development team includes myself, Captain Cole, and Wake. We’ve been lifelong fans of Pokémon Emerald and have always dreamed of creating a modern version that appeals to dedicated, long-time players.

This hack offers both a Standard Mode and an optional built-in Nuzlocke (Expert) Mode. We’ve carefully designed wild encounters, overworld trainers, bosses, Gym Leaders, and Elite Four teams with Pokémon from Generations 1-9. Check out the features list below for more details.

Our goal was to preserve the core of Pokémon Emerald’s original storyline while expanding and enhancing it with fresh elements.

Key story updates in our project include:

New wild Pokémon from Generations 1-9.

A reimagined Trick House challenge between the 4th and 5th Gym battles.
A final boss rush through Victory Road, featuring familiar faces from other regions.

Changelog v1.0.1

A major bug was recently discovered in V1.0 where the game would freeze after defeating the Champion. This issue has been addressed, along with many other minor bugs that were reported, in the latest V1.0.1 update.

Save files are fully compatible between V1.0 and V1.0.1, making this a seamless update!
