Description

To celebrate Pokémon Emerald’s 20th anniversary, 130 artists collaborated to redraw the sprites of all 386 Pokémon, creating a ROM hack called Pokémon Emerald ReSprited.

Features

  • New sprites for all 386 Pokémon, created by 130 artists.
  • Explore the Hoenn Region.
  • Custom Trainers and Shinies.
  • Includes all original Pokémon Emerald features.

Version Difference: Vanilla VS Plus

Pokémon Emerald ReSprited comes in two versions: Vanilla and Plus.

Vanilla: This is classic Pokémon Emerald, but with a fresh look—every Pokémon has brand-new, redrawn sprites by 130 talented artists. No changes to gameplay or mechanics, just the original adventure with updated visuals.

Plus: Along with the new sprites, in the Plus version, all 386 Pokémon can be caught in a single save file, removing the need for trading to complete the PokéDex. Trainer teams have been updated to feature the artists who contributed to the project, while Gym Leaders and rivals keep their original teams for a classic challenge.

Additionally, trade-evolved Pokémon now have new in-game evolution methods, so no trading is required.
